Indonesian Style Silken Tofu Fried Rice

Daaaamn! I haven't had crispy tofu in a long time and this was perfect! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fried rice was also very good! Lovely meal! Very different from what I've ever tried before.

20/10 another favourite. I absolutely love the indo flavours in this dish, it’s so well balanced. The rice is perfectly cooked, the tofu and coriander altogether has a great mouthfeel. A perfect dish as comfort food or even as a well balanced meal, I’d say.
