Impossible Pita

Team ordered in for lunch. Impossible patty, vegetables and some sauce. A nice change from impossible burgers! next time would also want to try their falafel pita

#abillionlove and best co-worker of the week award goes to @luc1fer and @noll-fyra for kindly swapping lunches with @ravi-gopalan and myself today🎖We ordered moussaka but lasagna with cheese was delivered instead, so thanks fellas for taking one for the team and sorry yall had to miss out on a vegan #lunchatabillion 😅🙏🏼 Thoroughly enjoyed this pillowy wholemeal pita sandwich. It’s not quite obvious in the photo but the portion of Impossible was pretty substantial and it felt like I was chowing down on a burger. Loved the mess of garlicky tahina and harissa sauce, which was supposed to be spicy but I didn’t detect any hint of heat at all.
