I Am The Eggplant

Always love eggplant - could have had even more. Did it have the vegan sausage it was supposed to have ? Couldn’t find it :(

Pie Sci is awesome! With every pizza flavour veganizable, you have a huge variety of options to choose from! And each are so creative. This pizza had tomato sauce, cashew cheese, balsamic roasted eggplant, zucchini, tomato, roasted garlic, and this amazing sweet mustardy drizzle on top. This one was herby, with that lovely charred roast veggie flavour and super garlicky! This flavour was delicious, however my least favourite of the three we tried, only because the others were even more amazing! #pizzalover
