Humus Beirutí

A beautiful, authentic hummus. The best place in Seville to find it. This one comes dressed with parsley, onion, cumin, extra virgin olive oil and sumac. This one was quite thick and heavy, and not as light and silky as the Humus Clásico. Still, extremely rich and delicious with the flatbread.
