Huevos Rancheros

We had a board meeting/brunch for my vegan advocacy non-profit, Toward A Vegan World, today at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood. I had the Huevos Rancheros. I’ve always loved the food here and this dish did not disappoint. First time back in LA in 2 1/2 years and I’m really enjoying the vegan food!
