Hojicha Fig Cake

Excellent vegan hojicha tea cake with layers of cream, sponge and crunch

I chose this for my birthday cake and I'm so glad I did! It's a good-looking cake and the taste is great too - quite fluffy for a vegan cake with chocolate bits and a rich tea flavor. Would definitely recommend (though it's seasonal!).
