I’ve recently expanded my mushroom vocabulary to include monkeyhead mushroom. Love that they used that mushroom and the sauce was delicious.

Arrived bubbling away in a hot stone bowl. I love the monkeyhead mushrooms they have so much bite and absorb all the flavors in the herbal sauce.

One of my fav dishes we had! Love the texture of the monkeyhead mushroom and the herbal gravy was great too, appreciate that it didn't have too strong of a herbal taste. Goes great with rice 🍚 #monkeyheadmushroom #shroomzai
