Hedgehog Mushroom Steak

This "steak" is great! It definitely doesn't try to be exactly like meat, but it's still got chewiness and a string texture that makes it meat-like. The sauce was really good and went great with the "steak". The only thing that I thought could be different was that I skimmed the words "purple potato" on the menu and assumed it'd be mashed sweet potatoes, but it's actually just four whole potatoes🤣 which is fine, but a little dry - mashed probably would've been better. This dish looks simple but it's one of the priciest on the menu. However after trying the steak I think it's well justified! This dish was impressive and delicious.

This steak is made out of hedgehog mushrooms. Comes with a vegan gravy, potato rosti, and roasted veggies. A good portion and almost equivalent to a roast dinner. I would get this again (and I think it’s better than their African hedgehog steak)
