Fresh and delicious salad packed with protein.
Add your protein, I chose tofu but you can also add tempeh.
This salad comes with Green tea buckwheat noodles, avocado, broccoli, cucumber, edamame, spinach, cashews
The only down side is that the tofu is fried and soft. I prefer the hard tofu and not fried. Saying that it was still crispy outside.
The dressing has a bit of citrus and refreshing taste. I would highly recommend it! Perfect for summer!
