Hand Rolled Orecchiette Pasta, Purple Artichoke, Apulian Almond Pesto & Peperoncino

I like the chewiness of the pasta, and t he refreshing sauce. Perhaps there could be more ingredients added. Overall taste was very good!

The taste of the sauce was interesting, it was quite rustic and I really enjoyed the hand rolled pasta. #veganisnotscary

This was nice but after a few bites gets kinda one dimensional as the sauce just tasted to me like a slightly creamier version of a generic tomato sauce. Appreciate that the pasta was handmade but it was quite thick and hence a bit more chewy than I would’ve liked. Not a bad dish, but for the price and the fact that they pride themselves on their pastas, I expected more.
