Guacamole Nachos

Amazing guac-to-chip ratio, and amazing Guacamole at that! Delicious.

This was so amazing. I've had this dish twice. It's such a great little thing to snack on while you do the art. It is filling and so fresh. I must emphasize how fresh all the ingredients are and the nachos are crunchy and crispy.

A lovely snack option. Vegan nachos. Guacamole with chopped red onion and tomato. Served with an extra side of homemade beetroot hummus! Soooo good. #veganisnotscary
