The more new dishes I try at Mexhico, the harder it becomes to choose a fave... I really though I had it all figured out, and then I tried this 💚🤤 The meat and pineapple went so well together, and the cheese was so deliciously ooey and goey... And there was a lot of it! 👌 Can't wait to have this again.

Such an awesome combo of pastor, pineapple, cheese, cilantro and onion in a flour tortilla! 100% vegan - everything, always, and authentically Mexican ❤️🌱

This was tasty. I really liked the pineapple in this dish. The ingredients were all fresh and the flavours worked together really well.
