Grilled Cheese

The grilled cheese. Contained herbed bechamel, tapioca mozzarella, apple braised kale, caramelized onion on sourdough bread. My only complaint is the bread was a little dry. This was rectified by getting a side of tomato soup to dip it in. Yum!

The grilled cheese is tasty but not amazing. The bread was under toasted and the wait for the entrees was 40 min so it was a little underwhelming (just a tad dry)— I’d probably recommend getting it with the tomato bisque. I personally added the “Jule’s Cashew Brie” for $5. As far as vegan cheeses go though, they’re fantastic.
