I thought this would be made out of tofu, like the vegan franks at VeganBurg,
which I love!! But I think they’re made out of beancurd skin, which I usually am not a fan of but these are nicely seasoned—my omnivore bf likes it a lot and says they taste like roast duck (?!)
The texture is interesting though, it’s chewy like those Chinese fish cakes 🍥
