This is food for your soul💗 the noodles were like the kind you would handmake,
thick and firm but still soft, slightly “doughy” in a way.
The sauce was so good, thick and perfectly flavoured. It almost pops in your mouth.
Had carrots, capsicums, mock “prawns”“squid” rings, and “sliced fish”. I wish they had more vegetables, but creative to slice the siao bai cai into half.
