Mixed vegan sushi plate at this excellent sushi stand in Tivoli Food Hall. This had eight “earth control” rolls with crunchy deep fried artichoke, cucumber, teriyaki and sesame plus three nigiri (avocado, mango, inari) and eight small maki rolls (four avocado, four cucumber and sesame). A great selection and decent value for such a big plate!
