Green Curry Heura Chicken w Brown Rice

Finally tried Grand Hyatt’s amazing albeit oily savoury-sweet green curry w Heura plant-based ‘chicken’! Great value esp considering that it’s from a renowned hotel at $10 nett per generous serving w brown rice! 🌿 Artificial lighting at night doesn’t do this dish justice at all but yas the whole omni fam loved this and that’s saying something 😋🌟
