Green chickpea hummus

Part 1 Finally got to go to a restaurant I’ve been dreaming of dining at: ABCV in New York!! Brought my vegetarian/vegan family with me here, and we had the best dining experience. This hummus is a MUST TRY, its unique but delicious! We devoured the accompanying veg and pita bread.

Definitely the best hummus I’ve had in a while! The green comes from a ton of mint added into the chickpeas. Served with crispy crudités and soft freshly baked pita. So good! ✌️ #hummus #abcv

This is made from young chickpeas -when they’re green - and it is a must try when here. Still tastes like hummus but with more of a pea flavor. Served with veggies and soft pita. #uplandspeak #veganisnotscary
