Greek tomato muffin

I really loved this one! The taste is a bomb. Fun side: I actually thought it was a sweet muffin up until I tasted it, and afterwards Shock. So it’s a savory muffin with: plant-based feta, oat milk, tomatoes, spinach, rice flowers, poppy and sunflowers seeds, herbs. Very very good combos
