Got some fire in my belly with this tasty dish of gong bao-style stirfry with soya 'chicken' chunks, carrots, mushrooms, dried fried chili, red chili and an unexpectedly heavenly MANY chunks of ginger! White rice provided the yin to this yang dish whipped up by Switch 2 Vegetarian, the stall that has newly replaced the previous (also) vegetarian stall at this basement foodcourt in HDB Hub.
