Golden Fried Shrimps

It’s a snack but the portion is big and can be considered either an appetiser or a main according to me. It’s made of tofu skin rolled into a shrimp shape. Inside there’s also some other ingredients which I couldn’t identify. Anyway, the result is something crispy outside and tender inside. In spite of being deep fried it’s not oily at all, so it’s not heavy at all. It’s served with a classic sweet and sour sauce. Just dip and bite :) #fakeshrimp #tofuskin #deepfried #sweetandsour
