Having travelled the world in search of the best way to cauliflower a cauliflower I have decided that #gobimanchurian still comes first and is without a doubt one of the most ways to cauliflower the crap out of a cauliflower 💩 You get me? I couldn’t finish this so I left it in the fridge and it came out even better cold 🥶 Hecking ridiculous. That’s how good a good #gobi à la Manchurian is 🤌 This one was just alright, could be stronger flavoured but 1. This was a #takeout and 2. Super flavourful with a slight spicy kick. This is sufficient with a bowl of rice

A very unique dish made of cauliflower bites and cooked with a sweet and sour sauce. This goes really well with rice, quite a sight to behold 😊
