Gluten-Free Vegan Dumplings

Tofu and mushroom fillings wrapped in delicate gluten-free rice paper, which was quite interesting and suited my preference since I dislike thick and doughy dumpling skin. Topped with sesame seeds and pickled ginger naturally coloured pink using dragonfruit. Most of the flavour came from the ginger as compared to the dumpling fillings, though perhaps it's because I had an allium-free version of the dish. ($18 / 8 pieces).

Finally! I get to try these today. And I loved them. As this is considered and WFPB (whole food plant based), the nutrient density will naturally be higher. So don’t be fooled by the delicate appearance of these little parcels. You will definitely feel satiated. Looking forward to the next weekday public holiday, so I can order again!

Each dumpling is an umami bomb! Full of flavour! Almost ate all in one sitting! Forced myself to save some for dinner!
