Girella Pistacchio

Comincio con una nota negativa: apre troppo tardi per una early bird come me 🫠 alle 9.30 (10 alla domenica) per me può essere sllo l'ora della seconda colazione, a quel punto ho uno spazio nello stomaco limitato e purtroppo non ho potuto svuotare la vetrina dei dolci, uno più goloso dell'altro. Questa girella mi è piaciuta molto, tra l'altro è stato il mio primo NY roll quindi non sapevo cosa aspettarmi. Impasto sfogliato con esterno croccante, ripieno mooolto abbondante di crema al pistacchio che non mi ha fatto impazzire ma comunque buona. Nella vetrina ci sono anche tante cose salate come pizze, focacce, croissant salati. 🗓 settembre '24 - € 4,50

THIS OMG. it was soooooo delicious, like i wanna eat this every day delicious. the pastry itself is crunchy while also soft and the pistachio filling is soooooo creamy and delicious. i can't wait to eat this again

I couldn't wait to try this Italian vegan bakery and it did fully satisfied my expectations. This one is super tasty and crunchy
