Ginger and polenta cake with poached rhubarb and coconut yoghurt

This was such a good dessert. I was so in awe of it that I forgot to take a photo! It’s got it all - great textures, bright colours, creamy, spicy and fruity… not too sweet 👍 and beautifully presented. The menu doesn’t specify which dishes are vegan, but it’s quite obvious when you take a closer look. The staff are knowledgable and checked that everything I ordered was vegan. Yay caravan!
