Ghureh Bademjan Stew

This is one amazingly delicious not-at-all-spicy eggplant stew cooked in tomato based gravy served with basmati rice topped with saffron. The eggplants are so well cooked and the texture is too smooth. Slightly pricy but so is all the other dishes as well. $35 for this but such a filling portion sufficient for 2 pax.
