Our first meal in Siem Reap was incredible! They have a vegetarian menu loaded with great options. We got this amazing mushroom dish which came with abalone and straw mushrooms and tons of garlic, along with some fresh rolls, a spinach and pomelo salad (heaven!), and on of the best desserts I’ve ever had, sugary crepes rolled with shredded coconut.
