garlic knots

Yo, these were pretty friggin good knots! Appropriate amount (aka lots) of garlic and came with 3 dipping sauces (which isn't necessary when the knots are good!). The red sauce leans more bite-y than sweet, the basil cashew is good pesto, and the caramelized onion is a skip.
