Gaeng Massaman

J'ai trouvé le plat absolument délicieux. C'était très savoureux et extrêmement bien équilibré au niveau des arômes. Les légumes étaient parfaitement cuits et se mariaient si bien avec le soupe. Par contre le gros bémol c'est que je n'ai jamais vu un plat aussi gras, on voyait littéralement l'huile se diviser du plat tellement celui ci n'arrivait plus à la contenir.

We enjoyed this super tasty curry alongside a serving of purple rice which was also delicious. The flavours in this dish really blew us away. Would love the recipe!

loooooved this!! sauce was so nice - it was creamy but didn’t lose any of the tastes, and there was actually a good amount of veggies 😋 only con is the price + rice, but it’s average for london i guess #veganisnotscary
