In love with this beautiful mess! The “fysh” fillet is made from banana blossom, which was something new for us. Encased in a light and crispy batter was this soft, fragrant snd tender “fillet” that tasted divine. Dipping sauces were pretty genius too. The colourful salad that came with it was added bonus. Battered banana blossom 'fish' that had an amazingly succulent 'fleshy' and shredded texture! 🍌🌷 I've ever eaten vegan banana blossom dishes in Thailand but rarely see it in Singapore (except for Bangkok Jam which does great handmade Banana Blossom Cakes), so I was really excited. Glad I ordered this; it tasted bomb!!
