Fried Cheese

Oh boy, this is soooo good I want to go back there for it tomorrow. I’m still drooling over it honestly 🤤

Well here's a proper Czechoslovak dish for you 😄 Served with potatoes, fresh chives, tartare sauce and a side salad. I never liked fried cheese and last I had some was maybe 15 years ago 😄 I don't eat fried foods often but I enjoyed this cheese very much and I especially liked the gooey texture. Well done!
