This is still the best #veganfriedchicken ever 🙌 That’s years of #friedchicken sans cruelty for me and this still tops it all 🤤 The #batter is just perfection 👌 That’s 3 separate occasions ordering this dish in the past few months — perfect as #takeout even 😎 It’s #omnivoreapproved as heck and the flavours are like what KFC would taste like if the kitchen crew were allowed to use their #malaysianeats tastebuds 💪 If #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease then #savoury ones are made from the most perfectly cooked #oystermushroom you’ll ever have ✌️

I was so excited and way too eager to eat this to get any photos in proper focus 😂 My sincerest apologies 😅 Let it be a testament to how amazing this #oystermushroom reproduction of a KFC chicken was 😍 As it was being served at the table, the smell of that #kfc blend of #veganspices just wafted over me 🤤 The entire exterior was just so tantalisingly #aromatic and saturated in a little something called #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😉 The #buttermilk batter in air quotes just SLAYEDDDD 🤪 It may truly just like a more lightly seasoned kfc chicken but with the taste of #mushroom 🍄 in rue of our poor cluck buddies 🐔 RM22 is a little heart-wrenching 💔 because KFC ain’t that pricey!! And mushroom be cheaper than cruelty!! It’s so darn good though. I’d get this again in a heart beat 😋 (you know… the one that got wrenched too)

You know, @stevenneoh is right 🤭 I don’t tell him that often lest he get cocky about too many things but once again I must heed that this was an excellent recommendation. This has to be the best #veganfriedchicken I’ve ever had 🤤 Best part is that it’s literally just #mushrooms 🍄 Seriously, what don’t our #funghi overlords better us at? 😴 The #batter on this was phenomenal & their #spice mix to die for. Can someone ring Plankton up and give him a new obsession? 🧫 Mr. Crab’s got his money on the line with food like this in town 🤫 Seriously what is it about #malaysianeats that just slaps better? 😋 Even compared the the #veganchicken I had at Love Handle https://www.abillion.com/reviews/634ce25de8ecac6b843c6d7c, which by the way absolutely slaps, this just chronically outplaces! This was absolutely by the way #omnivoreapproved 😉 Let the carnists in town know that the best #chicken around hadn’t in fact a heartbeat before it lands on their plates 😗 #bestpicks

Not bad too — i think it’s a little on the chewy side imo but the taste is pretty good. I don’t feel it replicates chicken much but still decent
