Fried Brussels Sprouts

Omg these were some of the best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had!! Super crispy and marinated really well in soy sauce. A few of the pieces were really huge, so they were a mouthful to eat, but so so good. They put the same fried brussels sprouts in the vegan ramen, so it was a bit overload when we had this as an appetizer too. #brusselssprouts #appetizer #veganappetizers #veganisnotscary
