Fresh Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Peanut Dressing

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not the best, not the worst. These fresh rolls were filled with delicious ingredients and hit the spot but they didn’t stand out like the other things we tried on the menu. Lettuce, cucumber, mint, chive, mushroom, carrot, pineapple and basil wrapped in rice paper with peanut dipping soy sauce! If you’re in Siem Reap definitely check this place out. #siemreap

Tasted very fresh, and even though the peanut sauce doesn’t look great it tasted very good. Local lettuce, cucumber, mint, chive leaf, mushroom, carrot, pineapple and basil wrapped in rice noodle, served with peanut dipping sauce.
