French toast was the right texture of soft inside and crunchy outside.

French toast used to be my favorite as a child but I haven't had it in years. I honestly forgot how much I loved it! This is a brioche bread sourced from a local vegan bakery and it was so thick and soft. It had that maple vanilla flavor that as soon as I put it in my mouth, I remembered so vividly. Served with tofu scramble and fried potatoes. This made a good 3 meals as it was so filling and satisfying. #veganbrunch

Sometimes, just a good old plain French Toast hits the spot. I was really craving these thick cut French toast pieces this morning. Last time I had their seasonal pumpkin butter and strawberry, but I think I just like plain with #maplesyrup is the best. This Happy Little Treats brioche bread is so thick and fluffy and it reminds me a lot of the French Toast I had at Modern Love Brooklyn two years ago. This is also served with a delicious #tofu scramble and seasoned home fries. The potatoes were excellent today! They were crispy, buttery and seasoned to perfection.
