Foccacia

We were lucky enough to be able to stop by Just what I kneaded on our way out of LA. Let me start by saying I love that it is owned by a young female latina entreprenuer! We met the owner while getting some treats and she was so nice, as was all the staff. The customer service and quality of products was amazing. This foccaccia was coming out of the oven just as we arrived and it was hard to saw no to such a beautiful and formidable treat. It is moist and thick, great on its own or in a sandwich.
