These were delicious!
Soft noodles sautéed with veggies like green bell pepper 🫑 , tomato
🍅 , onion 🧅 and spices like 🫚 , chilli Paste..
It was a bit creamy thanks to coconut milk and the vegetable balls were also tasty. A very filling and hearty dish!
