Filet Mignon With Rosemary Potatoes & Vegetables

thanks to @janaplantpowered for the recommendation! this vegan filet mignon (soy- and seitan-based) looked and felt very meaty, but fortunately didn't taste a lot like meat, which i loves. the roasted potatoes were perfectly on point with a little crunch and the veggies were also very good. would order again and definitely something for special occasions. eur 19.00
