Exotic Mushroom Risotto

The first time I had this I'm 2020 it was amazing..this time it wasn't. Think they changed the recipe. Didn't enjoy it

Finally got to try this Restaurant. Views are amazing, you have to book and it is pricy. Not much on the vegan side but at least they did have something and it was amazing. This mushroom risotto hit all the spots! Wow 🤩 #abillionturns3

Sadly only one Vegan Main option , but nevertheless absolutely delicious and made perfectly , I really enjoyed this meal Maybe with time there will be more vegan options available 😉 The setting was beautiful and service impeccable #abillionturns3

Great vegan option at Aurum. Mushrooms were flavourful and loved the addition of crunchiness to mix up the textures.
