Ethos Sundae

i totally loved this sundae! it had that classic diner feel (with a cherry on top!), and the chocolate sauce wasn’t too sweet or sickly. i especially appreciated that the ice cream doesn’t give that “obviously vegan” ice cream taste that some of them have, or have a strange artificial aftertaste. i feel like it was indiscernible from dairy ice cream, adding to the authenticity of the classic sundae experience. the presentation was also fun; overall, i would definitely order this again!

The sundaes at Ethos are so delicious. I love the luscious chocolate syrup with the sweet and creamy soft serve that actually doesn’t have an underlying coconut flavor like a lot of other plant based ice creams.

Very fulfilling and great to satisfy your chocolate cravings :)
