Esterhazy Lentil Stew

i l.o.v.e. lentil stews and this one did not disappoint. i know, lentil dishes mostly don't look like much, but it was really good. deliciously seasoned and well cooked. glad i only ate half, so that i could still take half of it home with me. #vegandinner
