Amazing dish. It’s the best vegan duck I ever had. The sauce is divine. It goes very well with a Weißbier! Only problem is that it‘s too expensive. Still worth it but I felt a bit ripped off.
Amazing, can’t describe it differently haha. The vegan “duck” filet (saitan) was crispy outside and soft inside. 🤤 (#yum !) Together with the dark beer sauce 🍺, apple red cabbage and a potato dumpling I enjoyed a very delicious, hearty veganized typical German dish👏. I also really liked the relaxing, informal ambience of the #bodhi restaurant 😌.
