Earthling Pasta

This was an enjoyable pasta which came with a good amount of mushrooms as well as caramelised red onions and broccoli. I would have appreciated more of the broccoli but this was a tasty dish nonetheless. The almond sauce was nice and creamy but I found it a bit too peppery. A few minor changes would make this dish a real winner for me. I really appreciate Sanook’s selection of thoughtful vegan dishes 🌱 #veganfortheanimals #veganfortheplanet
