Dubai Choco Cup

Good vegan dessert! It's made with cookie crumble, homemade mascarpone, pistachio and kadayf mix, all topped with dark and milk chocolate. The hard slab of chocolate was so satisfying to break with the spoon and the pistachio and kadayf mix added a wonderful crunch. The mascarpone was slightly sour instead.
