Dolmades Souvlaki

This is actually my favourite vegan souvlaki I’ve had! It’s an unusual souvlaki combo with seaweed dolmades, salad, and a lemony eggplant dip, but I think it’s actually super delicious! Much more interesting than a classic falafel, veggie or fake meat option. My only probably would be that the dip/sauce is always coming out the bottom and the ingredients are never wrapped up properly, but I’d rather that than an under-filled souvlaki. #souvlaki #vegansouvlaki #plantbasedsouvlaki #dolmades #vegandolmade #eggplant

A very strange souvlaki; soft dolmades and eggplant sauce makes it super gooey. Not that keen on it myself, but if you’re crazy for dolmades it’s worth checking out
