This huge bowl was chock full of delectable mix-and-match salads on a bed of mixed
greens, tiny sweet tomatoes, avocado and alfalfa sprouts in an apple cider vinaigrette. The salad samples on top were scoops of tofu egg salad, a tangy sprouted nut salad, and a bright orange hummus with some crunchy crostini as the delivery vehicle.
It was such a gorgeous display of color that a crowd gathered on the patio to quiz us about our food so they could order the same thing.
A glorious lunch on a glorious Saturday afternoon.
