Curry Vegetables

The Chinese-style vegetarian curry typically comes with mock mutton, so it was refreshing to take a break from gluten and enjoy this steaming, scrumptious curry that leaned towards the watery side with cabbage, tau pok (tofu puffs) and long beans. It was a nice sidekick that paired well with the bee hoon.
