Curry set

This is the spicy curry + drink + salad set. This was a perfect portion and the curry was quite tasty. It was not spicy at all and I actually felt that it tasted a bit sweet. I would have liked to see some texture in the curry with vegetable chunks but this was very smooth. The drink options with the set were rice milk or a tea. I tried the rice milk and it was very delicous. Mildy sweet and very cooling in the 30+ degree summer heat in Japan. It costed 15,000 yen or ~$14CAD which I think is a reasonable cost for the tourist area of Kyoto. The Cafe is cat themed and full of small trinkets and cat books. The owner was very friendly and we chatted a bit.

Very relaxing and calm environment. They only have one dish available during dinner time which is spicy #curry, and it was really nice.
