Cuddly. Datteln in Tempeh Mantel

One of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever tried! Dates covered in caramelised tempeh, filled with walnuts. They’re super tender and very sweet.

Soooo yummy! I’m absolutely in love with this starter, I would eat it again anytime! It actually tastes a bit like Dates with bacon around them - my non-vegan parents loved it! The spices are perfect as well and the consistency was amazing. One of the best things I‘ve ever eaten, no doubt. Awesome like every other food at SIGGIS❤️

Datteln in Tempeh Mantel. Super Idee und auch gut umgesetzt. Der Tempeh hätte für meinen Geschmack noch intensiver gewürzt werden können. Er war nicht ganz so umami, wie ich es erwartet habe und daher war der Kontrast zu den süßen Datteln nicht so stark wie ich es von früher von Datteln im Speckmantel kenne. Nichtsdestotrotz hat es hervorragend geschmeckt. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall auch wieder bestellen.
