Crunchy Crab Roll

I got the Crunchy Crab roll (right) and the Tokyo Drift roll (left) and was not disappointed. The sauces on top were super flavorful with some spice. The crunchy crab roll had the perfect crunchy to soft ratio and the "krab" mix was so yummy! The Tokyo Drift roll had a "fishier" taste to it and it was a bit more chewy but still good!

This was super tasty! It’s the rolls in the middle. It’s $11 but 8 pieces so idk I think it’s a little expensive but still so cool to have a vegan sushi place available again in Denver

It’s truly awesome that we have vegan sushi available to us in Denver. Both the crunchy crab roll and spicy crab rolls were amazing! It had been years since I’ve had sushi and longer since I’ve had sushi that isn’t just carrots, cucumber, and avocado. This tasted just like I remember a spicy tuna roll and a rainbow roll from the non-vegan days. I think on the rainbow roll ones they used watermelon slices, the texture was so similar to how I remember it before, it was spot on. Tasted great and a real treat, just the only thing I didn’t like was the prices.
